Billy leaves Eersterus Billy and his family lived in Eersterus for 11 years where he launched the very successful Youth development Outreach program. Billy and his family decided to plant a similar campaign in the Eastern Cape, leaving the Eersterus project in the capable hands of the 250 strong team of workers and volunteers. Billy was quoted to say “ South Africa has good managers but not good leaders, a good leader gives an organisation over to the people to run.”
